Windows Client User Guide
This user guide describes the Perfion Windows application. The guide can be used as a reference tool for specific functionality or as a complete introduction to Perfion for new users.
The user guide is aimed at Perfion Users and Super Users. It is not a tool for Administrators. Administrators should use the Perfion Administrator Guide.
Access rights
Almost all data and functions in Perfion are controlled by access rights. Your administrator determines what rights you have as a Perfion user.
In this guide it is assumed, that you have Administrator user rights. If not, some functions will not be available to you.
Keyboard shortcuts
Many operations in Perfion can be performed using keyboard shortcuts which are not covered in this guide.
Please refer to Windows Client Keyboard Shortcuts for detailed information about keyboard shortcuts.
Starting Perfion
Your administrator will provide you with a link to start Perfion which will look like this:
Double-clicking this icon may bring up a login screen like this:
Log in using the User ID and password provided by your administrator.
NOTE: If you do not see the login screen, your administrator has set you up with “single sign-on”. This means that your Perfion login is linked to your Windows login.
After logging in, Perfion will start with your default main screen.
