Web Client Feature-completeness

The web client is the natural choice of interface for many users, but there are still certain areas where functionality in the Windows app is not fully accessible from the web client.
These functionalities are listed below, and assigned target release where applicable. The items are split into one category relevant for end-users, and another relevant for admins.
