Sana Connector 3.0 - Installation

Prerequisites

Before installing the connector make sure, you have the following:

  1. You have a running Sana Installation connected to some ERP-system. Sana version must be at least 9.1.4 and can be either running in the cloud (only 9.3.0) or on premise.

  2. You have a Perfion Database v 4.5.

  3. You have a Perfion API set up on IIS Perfion running at least 4.5 2019 R1 (internal version 4.5.52). The Perfion API endpoint must be accessible from the server running both the front- and back-end of Sana.

  4. You have a Perfion Windows Client. Any 4.5 version of Perfion will work, but it is recommended that the Perfion Client is at least 4.5 2019 R1.

  5. Your Perfion license must include licenses for the Perfion API and the Sana Connector.

  6. You are acquainted with how both Sana and Perfion works to some degree.

Installing the connector in Sana

For installation in older versions of Sana (9.1.4 - 9.2.x), the installation is a manual process. For more information about how to do this, please contact your Sana Partner, or the Sana Consultancy team.
