Using Action Data in a Report

You can use data from an Action in a Perfion report. This can be particularly useful, as an example you can retrieve and process data from an external source using the power of Actions.

1. Create a Report Action using the information on the Reporting with Actions page.

2. Within the Action you have several data sources sent from the Action, as well as context Variables and Parameters. You can use these values within the Action.

3. Any datasources created in the Action are available in the Report (navigate Field List) to see the data sources where you can drag the objects onto the report canvas for display in the report.
