Third-party Software

The Perfion servers involved in powering the SaaS solution, are installed with the necessary standard software. Consultants and partners should not install other third-party software on the servers, since this could disturb the operations of the servers, and void the SLA guarantees.
If the customer wishes to use dedicated software for a specific task, this software must be installed elsewhere. The Perfion team can in such a case help set up a tunnel and/or whitelisting that allows the third-party software to export or import data from Perfion
Exceptions can be evaluated and discussed on a case-by-case basis. In all cases the customer will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging that Perfion won’t be held responsible for downtime that is directly or in-directly caused by the third-party software.
